Manager – Operations (Pumped Storage Projects) Location: Mumbai | Experience: 7–10 Years | Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) Role Overview: We’re looking for a results-driven Operations Manager with expertise in Pumped Energy Storage Systems to lead end-to-end project execution, from feasibility to final delivery, in the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution Manage techno-commercial activities: Feasibility Studies, DPR, TDD, LIE, Design Reviews, etc. Oversee site inspections, performance evaluations, and report generation Ensure timely project delivery with quality control and regulatory compliance Work closely with project engineers, consultants, and external experts What You Bring: 5+ years in renewable energy (Hydro/Energy Storage), including 2–3 years in Pumped Storage Projects Strong technical knowledge and experience with design tools and calculations Excellent communication and team coordination skills Must-Have Skills: ✔ Operations Management ✔ Project Consulting ✔ Pumped Storage Expertise
