Job Title: Team Lead Locations: Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali (1 Team Lead for each location) Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month About the Role: We are looking for dynamic Team Leads to supervise and coordinate field teams for a government survey project in Mumbai. Each Team Lead will be responsible for managing surveyors in their respective location, ensuring smooth operations, and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: ● Supervise and guide the field team in the assigned location (Goregaon/Malad/Kandivali). ● Ensure daily survey targets and project milestones are achieved. ● Monitor team performance and resolve on-ground challenges. ● Compile and submit reports to the Operations Manager on a regular basis. ● Maintain discipline, accuracy, and quality of survey data. Requirements: ● Prior experience in field team management or survey projects preferred. ● Strong leadership and coordination skills. ● Good communication skills; Marathi proficiency is mandatory. ● Ability to work on-ground and manage people effectively. ● Based in Mumbai. Compensation: ● Salary up to ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability).
