What You'll Do As a Creator Manager Intern, you'll help build and manage a network of high-performing creators: Discover, reach out to, and onboard UGC creators for brand campaigns Coordinate with creators for timely video delivery and quality control Work closely with the content and strategy team to ideate creative briefs Track campaign progress and ensure smooth backend execution Manage databases, contracts, and performance records of creators Bring fresh ideas to improve how we manage and scale the creator network Who Should Apply You are excited about the creator economy and content marketing You’re great at communicating and love building relationships You are organized, proactive, and a fast learner You thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments Bonus: You’ve worked with influencers or UGC creators before What You Get Guaranteed job confirmation after 3 months based on performance Work directly with the founding team and learn how a content startup scales Build deep skills in creator management, UGC workflows, and influencer ops Be part of a young, ambitious, and creator-first team Room to grow into a full-time leadership role as we scale Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do you have any prior experience managing creators, influencers, or freelancers?
