Job Description:
Role : RVP – QC Head Objective : Build and scale Reverse Pickup + Quality Check (RVP-QC) across India for return-heavy sectors (Fashion, Electronics, etc.) in both B2B and B2C. Key Responsibilities : Design & implement scalable RVP-QC ops + tech workflows. Develop SOPs, fraud control, and QC audit systems. Own P&L; drive GTM (Go To Market), pricing, and client onboarding. Collaborate across Product, Tech, Ops, HR, Sales & Finance. Track KPIs like QC accuracy, TAT, NPS & improve SLA adherence. Requirements : 7–12 yrs in logistics/supply chain; 5+ yrs in leadership. Strong experience in reverse logistics, QC, and tech integration. Excellent cross-functional leadership & customer success mindset. Goal (12–18 months) : National rollout with 5–10 enterprise clients. QC accuracy >98%, TAT 60. Establish RVP-QC as a market differentiator.
