Job Summary: Drive high-quality lead generation and channel partner engagement for upscale residential projects via strategic sourcing, relationship management, and market insights. Job Role: Channel Partner Tie-ups Identify, onboard, and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth channel partners, brokers, wealth managers, and corporate influencers to build a robust lead pipeline CP activation strategy Drive high-value leads and strategic partnerships to fuel sales of ultra-luxury residences via targeted sourcing strategies and elite network engagement Activate new markets/CPs aggressively and expand the width and depth of distribution while nurturing existing ones for an increase in client walk-ins Maintain a continuously updated database of active CPs, partners, and luxury buyers within elite neighbourhoods Strategic Lead Generation Devise and deploy both digital and offline sourcing strategies tailored to South Bombay’s ultra-premium clientele Ensure synergy between marketing, CRM, and sales teams for seamless lead flow and conversion optimization Market Intelligence & Analysis Monitor luxury market trends, competitor positioning, and evolving buyer preferences in South Mumbai—use insights to refine sourcing tactics Prepare and present performance reports, acquisition analyses, and forecasts to senior leadership Qualification and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is a plus). 10 -15 years of experience in sourcing or business development roles- preferably in luxury real estate. Demonstrated success in sourcing high-ticket channel partners and generating qualified leads. Proven sourcing track record in luxury residential real estate Deep network across Mumbai’s real estate and corporate ecosystem Excellent strategic, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to translate market trends into successful lead pipelines Skills Strong sourcing and prospecting abilities. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. High initiative and ownership with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision. Strong CRM proficiency and digital sourcing skills. Deep understanding of the luxury channel partners
