Job Title: ORM Executive (Online Reputation Management) Location: Mumbai Fresher! Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive ORM Executive to monitor, manage, and protect the online presence of our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer feedback on various platforms, ensuring a positive brand image, and implementing strategies to improve public perception. Key Responsibilities: Monitor brand mentions across online platforms (social media, blogs, forums, review sites, etc.). Respond to customer reviews, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Work with internal teams (Customer Service, PR, Marketing) to resolve customer issues raised online. Maintain a positive brand tone while addressing negative comments or reviews. Prepare regular ORM reports showing sentiment analysis, key issues, and performance metrics. Track competitor activities and online reputation strategies. Suggest improvements to content, communication, and customer service based on feedback trends. Escalate critical issues or potential PR risks to relevant teams. Manage listings and reviews on platforms such as Google, Justdial, Mouthshut, Quora, TripAdvisor, Glassdoor, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 0–1 years of experience in ORM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of SEO and content moderation best practices is a plus.
