From the worlds first patented springless lock, and safes to pioneering Indian made typewriters and refrigerators, the conglomerate has also paved the way for the growth of key sectors like aerospace, energy, and security.We are actively hiring for fresher MBA candidates (Marketing) fromTier -1 Institutes with 0-1 years of experience for the following role.Quantitative Research Consumer Insights for Brand and Strategic Insights TeamDesign and execute quantitative research studies to understand consumer attitudes and behaviour.Contribute to dashboards and reporting tools to track consumer trends and KPIs.Gather, organize, and maintain research reports and insights across the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, strategy, analytics) to provide research support aligned with business needs.Share insights and trend reports with relevant business units.Ensure data quality, validity, and reliability in all research outputs.Present findings in clear, compelling formats (reports, presentations, visualizations) tailored to stakeholders.Stay updated on emerging research methodologies, tools, and technologies in consumer insights.Assist in orchestrating digital masterclasses and design thinking workshops.Applicants should meet the following eligibility criteria:All applicants should have scored a minimum of 60% (i.e., First Class) in all academic qualifications (Full-Time - 10th, 12th, UG, PG)Applicants should NOT have gaps in education i.e. all the courses should have been completed in the stipulated duration.
