The candidate should have strong knowledge of working capital finance, project finance, CMA preparation, financial analysis, stock statements, drawing power calculations, and bank proposal drafting.The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, banker-oriented thinker, and capable of preparing sanction-focused documents independently.Key Responsibilities1. Business & Financial DocumentationPrepare business profiles, project teasers, executive summaries, and promoter profilesDraft business model notes, industry overview, and repayment capacity notesPrepare security/collateral summaries and risk mitigation notes2. CMA & Financial AnalysisPrepare CMA data for working capital proposalsCreate projected Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statementsPrepare fund flow statements and working capital assessmentsCalculate MPBF, DSCR, interest, and repayment schedulesPerform financial ratio analysis and interpretation3. Bank Loan Proposal PreparationPrepare working capital and project finance proposalsHandle CC/OD enhancement, term loans, machinery loans, takeover proposals, LC/BG proposals, etc.Assess eligible bank limits independentlyDraft replies for banker queries and objections4. Stock Statement & DP WorkPrepare monthly stock statements and drawing power calculationsHandle debtor/creditor ageing and margin calculationsReconcile stock statements with booksSupport stock and receivable audit workDraft replies for DP shortfalls and audit observations5.
