Job Title: Deputy Manager – Human Resources (OD & Learning) Location: Mumbai (Head Office)Role Overview: The role focuses on driving Organizational Development (OD) and Learning initiatives across the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for designing OD interventions, facilitating development centers, managing coaching projects, and delivering leadership training programs.Key Responsibilities:Understand employee and business needs through stakeholder interactions and diagnostic toolsDesign and implement OD interventions such as high performer studies, job analysis, and competency mappingIndependently manage development centers including tool design, facilitation, feedback, data analysis, and development planningLead coaching initiatives including executive coaching for senior leaders and managing internal coaching programsFacilitate classroom and virtual leadership development programsCreate training content and evaluate effectiveness of learning interventionsCollaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business requirementsEnsure effective planning and communication within the training team and across functionsCandidate Profile:Master’s degree in HRM/HRD or related field6–10 years of experience in OD, L&D, or training consulting in mid to large organizationsStrong experience in OD interventions, development centers, coaching, and training facilitationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCustomer-centric approach with agility and responsivenessAbility to work closely with senior leadershipMultilingual skills are an added advantageWhat We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environmentOpportunities to work on leadership development initiativesA culture focused on fairness, transparency, and employee engagementStrong platform for professional growth and impact
