They specializes in creating sustainable, future-ready workspaces by combining interior design, smart technology, and execution expertise, with a strong emphasis on innovation and client-centric delivery.Job Title: Business Development Manager (Interior Designing Firm)Location: Gurgaon / MumbaiWorking hours:- 10AM - 7PMKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of interior design.● Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential clients.● Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads.Client Acquisition and Retention:● Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences.● Work closely with the design team to develop tailored proposals and presentations.● Conduct presentations to showcase our portfolio and capabilities.● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Project Coordination:● Liaise between clients and the interior design team to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.● Collaborate with designers to create innovative and practical design solutions.● Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.Marketing & Branding:● Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our interior design services.● Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.● Contribute to the development of marketing materials and online presence.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Interior Design, or a related field.● 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales within the commercial real estate or interior design industry.● Strong knowledge of BoQ (Bill of Quantities) and the ability to work with project budgets and cost estimation.● Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.● Proficient in CRM software and other relevant business tools.● Knowledge of the commercial real estate market and key stakeholders.● Familiarity with design concepts, trends, and construction processes is a plus.
