Strategy Consultant

Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-caliber Strategy Consultant with 2–6 years of experience to work closely with leadership teams on solving complex business problems, driving strategic initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate insights into actionable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on end-to-end strategy projects across growth strategy, market entry, transformation, and operational excellenceConduct deep-dive research and analysis: industry trends, competitive benchmarking, customer insightsBuild structured problem-solving frameworks and hypothesis-driven approachesDevelop financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support decision-makingCreate executive-ready presentations with clear storytelling and sharp insightsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive implementation of strategic initiativesSupport leadership in strategic planning, performance tracking, and business reviewsIdentify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and recommend practical, high-impact solutionsDesired Experience2–6 years of experience in:Management Consulting (preferred: McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Big 4 consulting arms), ORCorporate Strategy / Business Strategy roles in high-growth organizationsExperience working on strategy, transformation, or business planning projectsExposure to multiple industries is a strong plusCore Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills (structured thinking is non-negotiable)Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis toolsAbility to build financial models and business casesExcellent communication and storytelling skillsStrong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadershipHigh ownership, curiosity, and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsEducational BackgroundMBA from a top-tier institute (IIMs, ISB, global equivalents) preferredOR strong undergraduate pedigree with relevant experience
