Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Human Resource Manager to drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This role will focus on HR strategy, succession planning, organizational development, and stakeholder management while partnering closely with business leaders to enable growth and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and the ability to link HR initiatives with business outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Business AlignmentDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams to drive organizational effectiveness.Translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives.2. Succession Planning & Talent ManagementDesign and implement robust succession planning frameworks for critical roles.Identify high-potential talent and create leadership development pipelines.Drive talent review and workforce planning processes.3. Organizational Development (OD)Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.Drive culture-building, employee engagement, and performance management frameworks.Implement OD interventions to improve productivity and efficiency.4. Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with senior leadership, business heads, and cross-functional teams.Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.Ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business expectations.5. Business & Financial AcumenUnderstand business financials (P&L, cost structures, budgeting) and align HR strategies accordingly.Drive cost optimization through workforce planning and productivity improvements.Support leadership in decision-making with data-driven insights and HR analytics.6. Change & TransformationLead HR transformation projects including digital HR, process improvements, and policy enhancements.Drive change management initiatives to support business growth and scalability.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong strategic thinking and business partnering skillsExpertise in succession planning and leadership developmentDeep understanding of organizational development frameworksExcellent stakeholder and relationship management skillsStrong analytical and financial acumenChange management and transformation experienceData-driven decision-making and HR analyticsEducational QualificationsMBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalentCertifications in Organizational Development or Talent Management (preferred)Preferred Industry ExposureFMCG / Logistics / Manufacturing / Corporate HR environmentsapplicants please share your updated resume on
