Superior Business Performance (New Product Development)Plan and execute new product development initiatives based on inputs from internal and external stakeholders.Achieve planned product launch milestones in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP).Contribute to business objectives including: Topline growth and profitabilityQuarterly and annual ANWC Turns planROCE targets as per ABPAchieve ABP and quarterly targets for: Ratio of revenue from New Product Introductions (NPI developed in the last 3 years) to total revenueRatio of variable contribution from NPI (developed in the last 3 years) to total variable contribution in NBV2.
