Job Title: Deputy General Manager – Administration & FacilitiesLocation: MumbaiRole OverviewThe Role involves closely supporting the Promoter’s Office, including management of Events & high-level coordination requirements. This position requires strong operational excellence, vendor management expertise and the ability to deliver premium service standards aligned with leadership expectations.Key Responsibilities1. Close coordination with the Promoter Oversee operationsMaintenance, and upkeep of Promoter property at MahabaleshwarManage end-to-end requirements including eventsSupervise renovation projects, interior upkeep, and vendor coordination for Promoters properties.Monitor budgets, expenses, and optimal utilization of assets.Ensure high standards of privacy, discretion, and service excellence.2. Event ManagementPlan and execute corporate events, leadership meetings, and special functions.Manage end-to-end logistics including venue, vendors, travel, and hospitality.Ensure seamless on-ground execution and superior experience for senior leadership and key stakeholders.3. Inventory & Asset ManagementMaintain centralized tracking of assets, equipment, and high-value items.Ensure proper documentation, periodic audits, and lifecycle management.Implement systems for asset control, tracking, and reporting.4. Hospitality & Cafeteria ManagementOversee cafeteria operations across multiple office locations.Manage catering vendors, contracts, menu planning, and service quality.Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.Monitor kitchen operations, equipment maintenance, and vendor performance.Plan and manage operational and capital expenditure budgets.5. Facility ManagementLead maintenance and upkeep of office facilities to ensure efficiency and uptime.Ensure compliance with statutory, health, and safety regulations.Manage facility vendors and service providers for quality and cost optimization.Develop and control facility budgets and cost-saving initiatives.6. Guest House ManagementOversee operations and maintenance of company guest houses across locations.Manage room allocation, inventory, and service standardization.Track expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources.7. Office AdministrationDevelop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and best practices.Support new office setup projects including planning, design coordination, and operational readiness.Ensure upkeep of office premises, including VIP and critical areas.8.
