Eventually, joining our core wedding planning teamOffice: Marol | MumbaiRole Type: On-site | Full-TimeJob Description:Phase 1: Lead Qualification & Meeting SetupConnect with inbound leads (Instagram, website, referrals)Understand client requirements (budget, location, guest size, vision)Pitch Eternal Weddingz in a compelling, aspirational waySchedule qualified consultations for our core planning teamPhase 2: Assisted SalesJoin client meetings with core teamUnderstand client psychology, preferences & concernsHandle parts of the conversation and follow-upsPhase 3: Client Consultant (Closer)Lead sales calls independentlyBuild trust with prospective clientsConvert leads into booked wedding planning clientsPhase 4: On-Day Core TeamBe part of the team that handles the on-day execution of the client's weddingGet a hands-on approach to destination weddings and more.Requirements1–3 years experience in sales / hospitality / eventsStrong communicator (English + Hindi)Confident on calls and naturally conversationalHungry, proactive, and comfortable with targetsFixed salary + strong performance incentivesDirect exposure to high-value wedding clientsFast-track growth into a core sales roleFull Time On-Site Role at our office in Marol, MumbaiWork Timings - 11 AM to 8 PMWork Days - Wednesday to Monday (Tuesdays are our weekly offs).
