Role OverviewThe Senior Fixed Income Dealer role involves actively managing and executing fixed income trades, contributing to the firm's profitability and maintaining strong relationships with counterparties. This role collaborates closely with the sales team, research team and portfolio managers to identify trading opportunities and provide market insights.  Key Responsibilities- Execute fixed income trades efficiently and effectively, ensuring best execution for the firm and its clients.- Have relationship with the Bank Treasuries, Brokers, arrangers and other institutional investors for placement and sourcing of bonds from secondary market.-Preparing Quotations & Cashflows on a daily basis- Monitoring Corporate Bonds daily trades on NSE/BSE respectively.- Monitor market trends and analyze fixed income securities to identify profitable trading opportunities. - Collaborate with the research team to develop trading strategies and provide market insights. - Manage risk effectively by adhering to established risk management policies and procedures.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.- Contribute to the development of new fixed income products and services.- Provide support to the sales team by offering market commentary and trade ideas. Required Skillset and Experience • Overall 5-15 years of experience in Fixed Income dealing (especially Corporate Bonds). • Knowledge of competitors and market - Demonstrated ability to execute fixed income trades and manage risk effectively.- Proven ability to analyze fixed income securities and identify trading opportunities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with counterparties and internal stakeholders.- Strong understanding of fixed income markets, instruments, and trading strategies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Education / Preferred Qualifications CA / MBACore Competencies-Good verbal communication skills • Good Analytical skills • Self-driven and highly ambitious • Results-orientated & the ability to handle pressure • Relationship building & management skills • Understanding of competitor products • Comfortable with tight deadlines • Understanding of regulatory guidelines on banking policies issued by RBI/SEBI (local regulations in India) and local laws and regulations that impact businesses in general • Knowledge of financial markets, products & competitor offerings to assist in meaningful dialogue with clients
