Logistics Assistant

Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution ofingredients as Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals for the Flavors & FragrancesIndustry with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain.The company has 9 subsidiaries around the world and Ventós India is theIndian one, located in Mumbai, India.In order to continue with the process of growth, the selected candidate will join the team as a Logistics Assistant.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics partners and freight forwarders.Track orders and ensure on-time deliveries.Manage shipping and export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, customs paperwork, etc).Prepare and coordinate sample shipments to customers.Maintain sample tracking records and follow up internally.Support import/export operations and liaise with customs agents.Provide administrative support to the sales team and update ERP/CRM systems.Communicate with customers regarding order and shipment status.forwarders.Track orders and ensure on-time deliveries.Manage shipping and export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, customs paperwork, etc).Prepare and coordinate sample shipments to customers.Maintain sample tracking records and follow up internally.Support import/export operations and liaise with customs agents.Provide administrative support to the sales team and update ERP/CRM systems.Communicate with customers regarding order and shipment status.Qualifications & Skills:Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or arelated field.Minimum 3-4 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations,and documentation management in India.High level of English (mandatory).Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Proactive, flexible, and customer-oriented mindset.What We Offer:Opportunity to join a growing international company.Professional development within the logistics field.Health insurance.Do you think your professional profile fits and this could be a goodproject for you?
