Role: Workday Functional Consultant - Talent & Performance ManagementExperience: 4+ YearsWork Timings: Initially Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST), transitioning to UK Shift (2:00 – 11:00 PM IST)Work Setup: RemoteKey Responsibilities:Provide Tier 2 & 3 support for Workday-related business requests and incidentsAct as SME for Workday modules and drive issue resolution through root cause analysisCollaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, scoping, and solution designDesign and implement medium to complex Workday enhancementsManage documentation including technical design, RCA, and solutioningWork independently while ensuring timely escalation and stakeholder communicationWhat we are looking for:4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM + at least one module (Recruiting / Compensation / Benefits / Time & Absence)Strong experience in Talent & Performance modulesProven experience in end-to-end Workday implementations (Hire to Retire lifecycle)Expertise in Workday configurations: Business Process, Security, Domain Policies, Reporting, Calculated Fields, etc.Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow / JIRA / ManageEngineGood understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall / Agile)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsTechnology doesn’t transform organizations, how well it is understood, configured, and continuously improved does.
