ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card) Eligibility: • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts Job Description:• Program design and coordination with Training program teams. • Experience in administering, configuring and maintaining Learning management, System(LMS- Cornerstone preferred) to ensure smooth operations. • Project & stakeholder management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful learning program delivery and system adoption. Partners closely with the Learning & Development program owners. • Contributes to content management and quality review processes. • Content Management (Drupal): Ensure the effective organization, storage and accessibility of digital learning content using Drupal CMS. • Instructional Design & Curriculum Development: Design engaging, learner-centric training programs and eLearning courses, revise existing content and revisioning of content. Continuously measure solution effectiveness and scalability of delivery modalities. • Assist in development of standardized learning processes, procedures, and template. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a shared services or global business services (GBS) environment. • Familiarity with onboarding automation tools or platforms. • Understanding of US employment laws and compliance
