About the Company - Company is an emerging, fast-growing D2C brand in the consumer goods sector, focused on developing innovative personal care products for modern consumers.Roles and Responsibilities:Controllership & GovernanceBuild and institutionalize robust internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworksDrive risk identification and mitigation across key business processesEnsure strong control across revenue, procurement, inventory, and payment cyclesMaintain high standards of policy compliance and audit readinessDrive governance on key metrics: inventory, receivables, payables, GRIR, and balance reconciliationsEnsure data integrity and reconciliation discipline across systemsGRC & AuditCoordinate Internal audits as per calendar — planning, execution and closureTrack and ensure timely closure of audit observationsStrengthen Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) practices across functionsDrive IFC agendas including updating and enforcement of RACMProcess Excellence & AutomationOwn ERP governance, including access controls and process disciplineIdentify and implement process improvements and automation initiativesRequirements:CA with 6-10 years of experience in controllership / commercial finance / auditExperience in D2C / FMCG / retail / consumer brands preferredHands-on with ERP systems and process automationAbility to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentNote: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in D2C, FMCG, or retail companies.
