This is a high-impact role focused on building and scaling the escrow product line, working closely with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end ownership of Escrow products including strategy, roadmap, and executionIdentify market opportunities and define product value proposition and GTM strategyBuild and scale escrow offerings across use cases (e.g., PA, PPI, RERA, capital markets, etc.)Work closely with tech, compliance, legal, operations, and business teamsLead client interactions, partnerships, and stakeholder managementEnsure alignment with regulatory frameworks and industry developmentsBuild and manage a product team, driving execution and deliveryIdeal Candidate Profile7+ years of experience in Escrow products5+ years in Product Management / Product Leadership rolesStrong exposure to payments / fintech / transaction banking ecosystemsProven experience in product strategy, GTM, and product lifecycle managementStrong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (RBI, PA/PPI, etc.)Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadershipWhy this roleOpportunity to own and scale a high-potential product lineHigh visibility role working closely with senior leadershipStrong scope for product innovation within a regulated fintech space.
