Deputy Manager - Landscape (Horticulture)

Key responsibilities :To collate data of trees to be planted in all projects across Regions/Zones. To follow up with landscape design, Costing & Budgeting as well as Contracts & Procurement department to get required data to initiate Tree LRP Nursery for each project as per schedule.To review tree list and do amendment in it, if required; received from Landscape design team and share to Contracts and Procurement team ensuring budget provision for set up of Tree Nursery. To share horticulture technical inputs for Tree LRP tender document.To help Contracts & Procurement to source Tree Nursery Vendors and assisting in finalizing the contract.To visit all Tree LRP Nurseries under development on regular basis and monitoring/tracking its progress. To do audits and prepare progress reports & update data in related Apps as well as to higher management Work Location – Head Office (Vikhroli, Mumbai)
