We create premium travel content and enable users to discover and book experiences across the world.Position Overview: We are seeking a Strategy Executive to join our dynamic Growth team. In this role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing our communication infrastructure with a strong focus on AI, automation, and chatbot-led user engagement. Your focus will be to streamline and optimise chat and call interactions, utilising conversational AI and automation technologies. By analysing customer sentiment and extracting insights, you will contribute to improving engagement through modified communication funnels. Responsibilities: Design, test, and implement conversational AI and chatbot flows to automate user query resolution.  Monitor user journeys within communication funnels, identify challenges, and implement targeted improvements.  Analyse user interaction data to generate insights and enhance automated communication systems.  Develop and improve the communication infrastructure using automation tools and chatbots.  Support the development of scalable communication systems using programming languages and databases.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, commercial, finance) to support business and market opportunity analysis.  Work with senior leaders to help set priorities, goals, and execute strategic initiatives.  Contribute to new initiatives by identifying business needs, removing roadblocks, and supporting execution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Data Science / Computer Science preferred but not mandatory).  Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript.  Familiarity with automation tools such as , Zapier, and n8n.  Understanding of chatbot platforms, conversational AI workflows, and communication system design.  Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and system integrations.  Working knowledge of databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, with an understanding of SQL and NoSQL.  Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.  Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and taking ownership.  Strong interest in AI, automation, and system design.  Prior exposure to conversational AI technologies preferred. Benefits Competitive salary  Health insurance  Paid time off  Sick leave
