Finance Manager – Business Finance & MIS

Role: Finance & Business AnalyticsReports to: Associate Director – Finance Location: DN Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site) CTC: ₹7,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 LPA Contact: About the RoleOwn the financial nerve center of a fast-growing D2C brand by consolidating financial data, building P&Ls, tracking profitability, and ensuring zero leakages across products and channels.This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, data, and business decision-making. The role requires a hands-on approach to establishing checks and balances in a growing startup environment.Key Responsibilities1. MIS & ReportingBuild and manage weekly and monthly MIS dashboardsPerform trial balance reviews and variance analysis against budgetsPrepare investor decks and management reportsTrack revenue, costs, and key financial metrics2. P&L OwnershipManage product-wise P&L (revenue, COGS, gross margin)Oversee channel-wise P&L (website, marketplaces, quick commerce)Track contribution margins and unit economics (CAC, ROAS, LTV)Maintain data for repeat purchases and cohort analysis 3. Reconciliation & Leakage ControlReconcile product quantities (sales vs dispatch vs inventory)Monitor raw material/formulation usage vs productionHandle marketplace fees, returns, and payment gateway reconciliationsIdentify and flag financial leakages proactively4. Data ConsolidationCreate a single source of truth across all platforms (marketplace, website, payment gateways, shipping, marketing)Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial records5. Marketing & Sales AnalyticsTrack CAC, ROAS, and campaign spendsBuild dashboards for channel-level performanceSupport the marketing team with performance reporting6.
