You will act as the bridge between data, users, and business teams, solving real business problems across onboarding, trading, and retention.ResponsibilitiesQuantitative Insights Own business queries through data: Funnel analysis (KYC → activation → first trade → retention)Cohort analysis (new vs repeat vs dormant investors)Track and interpret brand & category metrics: Awareness, consideration, trust, NPS, salienceDerive actionable inferences from: Competition AnalysisCampaign performance dataIdentify growth opportunities & leakages using data: Drop-offs, behavioral patterns, feature adoptionPartner with analytics teams to: Define metrics, dashboards, and tracking frameworksValidate hypotheses with dataConsumer & Behavioral Research (Qual + Hybrid) Conduct IDIs / FGDs / user immersions to uncover: Investor motivations, fears, and triggersTrading behaviors (Equity, F&O, IPO)Decode behavioral biases impacting decisionsComplement quant findings with deep user narrativesInsight Synthesis Translate data + research into: Clear problem statementsSegments / personas (new investors, traders, passive users)Influence: Product (UX improvements, feature prioritization)Marketing (positioning, messaging, campaigns)Growth (activation & retention levers)Brand & Customer Tracking Own brand health tracking: Awareness, consideration, differentiationRun periodic surveys / trackers and synthesize trendsQualificationsMBA (Analytics / Marketing / Strategy) - preferred.2–4 years of experience in Market Research/Consumer InsightsRequired SkillsData analysis and interpretationResearch methodologiesStrong communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in fintech or stock brokingFamiliarity with consumer behavior analysisPay range and compensation packageSalary commensurate with experience.Equal Opportunity StatementJainam Broking is an equal opportunity employer.
