Join us to build the digital future of Asia.For more information, visit our website or follow us on LinkedIn.We Are Looking For:A proactive and hands-on Senior HR Manager with strong grasp of core HR processes and operations, adept at managing senior stakeholders, delivers with speed and quality and balances strategic thinking with operational rigour, integrity, and clear communication.Your Job Responsibilities:1) Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitmentDrive structured onboardingManage the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program2) HR Operations & Vendor Governance: Lead HR operations including payrollinvestments, and benefits administrationNurture end-to-end vendor relationshipsEnsure accurate employee records3) Statutory Compliance & Audits: Drive statutory, payroll, establishment, and actuarial compliancesLead execution, closure, and documentation of HR audits4) Employee Relations & Wellbeing: Lead annual POSH compliance initiativesFacilitate wellness committee operationsAddress employee queries & grievances5) People Process Excellence:Ensure effective execution of core people and performance processesPartner with business leaders on people matters and manager enablement 6) Business Partner: Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify people challengesDeliver relevant solutions and drive key HR initiatives Qualities You Should Have:Masters in Business Administration (MBA) – 2yrs full time, classroom (in-person) prograHands on experience and understanding of key HR processes & operationsMinimum 8 years of experience in core HR roles, preferably across HR Operations, HR Generalist, and/or Talent AcquisitionGood English communication skills (verbal & written)Experienced in managing stakeholders with varying levels of seniorityReady to be physically present in office and ability to work within a start-up environmentProactive, self-driven and ensures quality delivery with speedAble to balance strategic thinking with operational rigour Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Microsoft FormsIn-depth understanding of HR Processes & India Labor lawsBy submitting this application for employment to PDG, you hereby acknowledge that you consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure (to relevant third parties) of your personal data by us for the purposes of evaluating this application [and for other potential vacancies in the future].
