This role is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, and working cross-functionally to deliver measurable value that drives customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of post-graduation experience in a client servicing or client success role, demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and relationship management to consistently deliver high-quality client experiences.Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing ongoing communication and coordination.Own and track all client deliverables, ensuring they are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, Business Development, and other functional units.Serve as a liaison between cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment and clarity.Translate client requirements into clear action items and timelines for internal teams.Monitor project progress, flag risks early, and drive timely resolution of issues or delays.Ensure consistency in communication, documentation, and execution across teams and regions.Conduct regular internal and client check-ins to ensure alignment on priorities and expectations.Support smooth handovers between teams at different stages of the client lifecycle.Contribute to the continuous improvement of client servicing processes and delivery workflows.Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience in a leadership role will be preferable, but not mandatoryGood organisational and time management skillsAbility to handle rejection professionally and remain motivatedKnowledge of HubSpot CRM will be a plusInterest in marketing, event promotions, or international education is a plusBenefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Professional development opportunities.Dynamic and inclusive work culture with opportunities for growth and advancement.Join us at SEED Global Education and be part of a team that is shaping the future of education through technology.
