Key Accounts Manager - Coating

Job descriptionDesignation - Key Account ManagerJD :1. Proactive and Self driven/ Motivated sales professional with leadership skills2. Delivers budgeted sales volumes & revenues and exceeds expectations3. Primarily responsible for managing, identifying, developing existing /new business opportunities in Key customers for paints, coatings, inks, adhesives industries.4. Formulate and execute short- and long-term budget5. Develop a relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholders and critical decision makers in Sourcing, technical team and Senior Management at customer end6. To handle all assigned customers7. Maintain a deep understanding of customers operations, determine opportunities and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to the customer8. Participation in Strategy making discussions, Product positioning, Pricings strategies for assigned customers/ territory9. Efficiently handle any Customer complaints, trouble-shooting as & when required10. Prepare Sales Forecast, Opportunity pipeline, Visit Plans, CRM updates, Daily activity reports11. Conduct/ Organize technical presentations, seminars in coordination with HQ team12. To work continuously on gathering Market information, Trends, Competition activities and discuss internally with Team13. Handles a minimum of 25 customersExperience: Min. 12+ years in sales, marketing associated with manufacturing or distribution companies selling/marketing raw materials for paints, coatings, inks application.Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry preferably
