Job descriptionJob purpose This role focuses on improving how HR delivers its services to the organization and includes re-aligning the work internal to HR, redesigning policies and processes, and increasing the use of self-service, automation, and existing technology to improve overall HR efficiency and employee experienceOptimizing the HR model and culture and ensuring HR processes are designed to effectively and efficiently support business strategiesShaping the future of HR operations at large and taking responsibility for fine-tuning and orchestrating technology-enabled HR transformation projectsBuilding close, trusting relationships that are key to delivering the seamless and efficient transitions that business expects from HRJob responsibilitiesLeads experience-driven digital HR Transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization of the HR function including HRIS technology implementationsLeads engagement teams to define a modern HR operating model that is oriented toward the world-class employee and digital service experience Supports go-to-market activities for our Digital HR and Enterprise Service Experience Modernization Solutions Works with our technology, analytics and adoption services peers to tailor comprehensive HR Transformation solutions for countries that provide value-driven outcomes Supplies oversight and structure to ensure effective delivery of HRSS solutions/programs, including portfolio management, influencing and managing initiative prioritization, cost tracking, and change management.Ensures clear and concise plans are in place for related initiatives and that these are aligned with the strategy of the Group HR function and HRSS portfolio.Contributes significantly to best-in-class insights for, and presents a compelling case for, digital HR transformation through intelligent automationServes as a critical lead on the overall HR transformation objectives and strategy that will enable goal achievementSupports our focus to become a metrics-driven organization by taking accountability for the day-to-day performance metrics of HRSS, ensuring clear SLAs and KPIs align to effective and positive employee experience; utilizing metrics to demonstrate and communicate HRSS; creating and sharing reports/metrics/dashboards that are meaningful to stakeholders and measure performance against SLA's, volumes, customer satisfaction & qualityBe strong support, and enabler of any new digital opportunity and/or transformation project within the region, such as chatbot, enterprise assistant delivery model, etcAccountabilitiesCoordinates requirements for the various project outcomes, ensuring scope is maintained and deliverables are aligned and implementedCreates the case for change through working with the business to identify the key business drivers and the change that is required within the HR functionManages the budget and costs of the program and keeps track of the benefits to the businessImplementation of recommended change & process improvements instituting “best practices” throughout HR functionEvaluates change management implications, and collaborate with change management partners to develop and execute appropriate change plansReporting linesReports to Center Head, SBSMember of the APAC HR Leadership CommitteeThe role will be based in Mumbai, India Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources. Education: MBA preferred.
