The TÜV SÜD brand is a universally recognized symbol of safety, security and sustainability.Position SummaryPeople should have exposure to dealing with corporate planner and office of target companies for various industrial sectors, PMC engineering team, investor planner, EPC team & off course relation to top management of all units of industriesHaving detailed updates for customer insight for future development and enhancement of product competencyPeople should have exposure to large-scale operation handling in service sector for all kinds of industries inspection and project managementPerson should have capability to Liasoning with various corporate, PSU, EPC, PMC, Mfg. etc.Will be responsible & committed to the achievement of business unit sales target.Responsible for all industrial inspection & project related activities including Operational Sales, Competency development and short-term and long-term job OperationsWill be first-in-line of CPI BUPeople should ensure process & quality compliance of business unit.Responsibility and AuthorityPlanning and execution of across industries related products & services, including SCS, Project management, Safety services, RBI, PED etc..Helping commercial team to make budget and costing of all related projectGenerating lead and helping BD team for order bookingAccount receivables / collection Team development and accreditation Productivity & occupancy maintain in line with planningCompetency enhancement & development for existing and new productMaintain & enhance quality of services and deliverablesControlling & monitoring of external experts/agencies activitiesMaintain & follow of organization compliance processCoordination of cross functional unit for operational supportSupport tender team for market update / technical write up / costing to win project.Establish company name into customer book prior to project announcementEstablish & maintain relation with customers during & after project progressFor any technical input he can be access to all working level managersAuthorized to take call for pricing commitment with respect to business unit sales planningPerson should be capable of handling 100 Cr sales & planning Education and ExperienceGraduate Engineering & preferable for Master in operation having 18-20 years’ experience from PSU/EPC/PMC.People should be exposure to work like EIL, Mecon, PDIL, ONGC, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Mott, :L&T,BVQI,TOYO,SGS, IRS, Nord at senior level
