About the CompanyRole Overview, We are looking for a Manager – Store Operations & Administration to oversee store inventory management, drive process excellence, and manage store rentals and administrative operations across retail outlets. The role will ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and seamless coordination between stores, landlords, and internal teams.About the RoleKey ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesStore Inventory ManagementOversee inventory planning, stock monitoring, and replenishment across all retail stores.Ensure inventory accuracy through periodic audits and reconciliation.Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock availability.Implement systems and processes to improve inventory visibility and control.Process ExcellenceDevelop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations.Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Track key operational metrics and ensure compliance with company standards.Lead process optimization initiatives to improve store efficiency and productivity.Store Rental payment ManagementTrack rental payments as ensure payments happen on time.Store AdministrationOversee store hygiene and ensure store raises tickets.Coordinate with finance for rental payments, invoices, and vendor settlements.Ensure stores are fully operational with required infrastructure and support services.Support new store launches and operational readiness.
