Scale It: You’ll have the freedom to lead, the resources to build, and the opportunity to leave your mark. - Empowered Growth: We invest in your growth and empower you to explore your full potential. - Exceptional Benefits: Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, wellness programs, learning & development opportunities, and more.Job Title: Manager – Operations (AngelOne AMC)Location: MumbaiWhat you will do:- Oversee and manage end-to-end operations across all key verticals of Mutual Fund Operations, including Fund Operations, Banking Operations, Investment Operations, and RTA Operations. - Ensure effective cash flow monitoring and liquidity management to support investment and redemption requirements. - Supervise and manage all banking-related processes and transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. - Monitor investment transaction lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, settlement, and reconciliation. - Oversee the functioning and efficiency of Order Management Systems (OMS) / Front Office Systems, ensuring operational robustness. - Manage investor transaction processing, reporting, and reconciliation in coordination with RTAs. - Ensure accurate and timely Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation in compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Handle and review regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable SEBI and statutory norms. - Prepare and present management reports, providing insights on operational and financial performance. - Monitor and analyze expenses and revenues, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability tracking. - Oversee taxation matters, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. - Manage vendor and service provider governance, including performance monitoring and compliance adherence. - Lead the finalization of scheme accounts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. - Coordinate and manage internal and external audits for both schemes and the AMC, ensuring timely closure of observations. - Drive implementation of new regulatory guidelines, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes. - Coordinate with AMC and Trustee Company for periodic financial reporting, governance requirements, and audit-related matters.Who you are:- Education: Chartered Accountant (or) MBA – Finance - Experience: Minimum 7 - 8 yrs experience in the Mutual Fund or PMS/AIF or Fund Accounting or any related Industry. - Knowledge & experience of how Investment processes work, including systems. - Experience in managing audit and finalization of accounts. - Should have knowledge on scheme accounting & NAV calculations. - Well versed with Taxation requirements. - Strong communication skills. - Good analytical skills. - Capability to work under high pressure and manage time sensitive activities. - Strong team player - Proactive and ability to think out of the box.At Angel One, our thriving culture is rooted in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).As an Equal opportunity employer, we wholeheartedly welcome people from all backgrounds irrespective of caste, religion, gender, marital status, sexuality, disability, class or age to be part of our team.We believe that everyone's unique experiences and viewpoints make us stronger together.Come and be a part of #OneSpace*, where your individuality is celebrated and embraced.
