Job Description:
The Total Rewards Lead is responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of Total Rewards programs across Welspun Living. This individual contributor role encompasses ownership of key processes and policies, including, though not limited to, HR planning and budgeting, performance management, compensation strategy, recognition frameworks, and the end-to-end design and execution of rewards-related initiatives. Job Description Planning & Budgeting • Design organizational structure based on evolving needs. • Collaborate with functional heads to develop workforce plans. • Monitor HR budget and ensure alignment with financial goals. Performance Management • Lead the performance management cycle for the business. • Build awareness and manager capability to enable process effectiveness • Facilitate goal-setting & performance reviews. • Support the design of compensation and incentive frameworks. Total Rewards • Partner in development of Total Rewards strategies aligned with business needs. • Benchmark trends, review internal practices and conduct analyses to propose solutions. • Support in alignment of HR strategy with business & HR leaders. • Partner in administration of compensation revisions, and payouts in alignment with the budget. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to Business HR teams and/or Finance, as needed, in all aspects of compensation & benefits design, planning and administration. HR Operations • Design and administer HR policies and processes, across business units. • Ensure maintenance of accurate employee data, records and statutory compliance. • Led compensation analyses projects, leveraging data to support salary benchmarking, and program design. • Develop and present dashboards and reports to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights. • Ensure smooth HR operational processes within budget. Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators • Manage end-to-end execution of compensation processes (merit, bonus, promotions) • Maintain compensation structures and job architecture in HRIS systems • Administration of Performance Management processes, including capability building, communication and troubleshooting • Drive performance distribution and ensure process adherence • Operationalize HR policies across business units and ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements • Support internal and external audits with documentation and data • Act as the first point of contact for queries related to rewards and performance processes Key Interactions (Internal/External) • Internal: HR Business Partners, Group COE teams, Shared Services teams, Functional & Business Leaders • External: Consultants, AuditorsMinimum Relevant Work Experience 8-10 years of overall experience in HR is desirable, with 6-8 years in compensation and performance roles, in a dynamic organizationTechnical Skills • MS Excel, PowerPoint • HRIS Systems • Data Analytics and Reporting Leadership / Behavioral Competencies
