Job Description:

We are hiring a Strategic Account Director to drive high-value enterprise growth in the US market. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on owning large, complex deals and building long-term strategic relationships with CMOs and marketing leaders.You will be responsible for closing new enterprise logos, expanding strategic accounts, and driving revenue across AI-native marketing, SEO, GEO, and content-led growth programs.We want individuals who have the ability to both generate as well as close demand but with mid-market and enterprise accounts.This is a high-trust, high-impact enterprise selling position. You will work directly with the founders on strategy, positioning, and key accounts.What You Will OwnClose high-ACV enterprise deals across US marketsDrive full-cycle sales from prospecting to contract signatureBuild and manage relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholdersLead complex multi-threaded enterprise sales cyclesCollaborate with strategy, solutions, and delivery teams to craft custom proposalsOwn revenue targets and forecast accuracyExpand strategic accounts and identify cross-sell opportunitiesRepresent the company at enterprise events and executive meetingsIdeal Candidate Profile8 to 12 years of B2B enterprise sales experienceProven track record of closing $80K to $250K+ ACV dealsExperience selling into CMOs, Marketing Leaders, or Growth teamsStrong experience in SaaS, marketing services, digital transformation, or AI-led solutionsComfortable handling long sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersHigh ownership mindset and founder-level accountabilityStrong storytelling and executive presenceWhat Makes This Role UniqueDirect access to founders for strategic decision makingOpportunity to shape US enterprise GTM motionExposure to category-defining work in AI-native marketing and GEOWork with leading enterprise brandsHigh autonomy and visibilityWorking HoursThis role requires active alignment with the US Eastern Time Zone.Preferred working window: 5 PM to 2 AM IST.This ensures real-time collaboration with US prospects, clients, and internal US-facing teams.CompensationCompetitive fixed salary (+ optional ESOPs depending on profile)Performance-based variable linked to revenue targetsClear path to expanded strategic ownership
