Client Servicing – Manager Location – MumbaiJob Responsibilities:Understand requirements and details of each event. Understand clients' needs and wantsPlan and organize events with attention to financial and time constraintsMeet with clients and coordinate with them regularly and lead a teamLook for and compare different vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.)Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable termsManage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, food, drinks etc.)Track the overall Event expenses regularlyPrepare the Event budget planning. Stay within the budgetCarefully oversee event happeningsOffer solutions to resolve problems in a timely mannerEvaluate event’s success and submit reportsJob qualification:3-6 years of experience in Event Management in the Client Servicing function event coordinator or similar roleGreat interpersonal and communication skillsPortfolio of successful eventsExcellent vendor management skillsSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s successCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsDegree in Event Management or relevant field is preferred
