Improvement in existing products and processesJob DescriptionNew Escrow account product and process development as perBusiness requirement and implementation.Ensuring UAT, building system capability and roll out.Should have sound knowledge on Escrow/TRA accounts and operational flowsAware about both Physical and digital processes, onboarding and servicing of Escrow customersResponsible for activities related to the development of new products and/or functionality of products including product enhancements, innovation, etc based on market research and trends complying with regulatory guidelinesContribution to Banks growth through Fee and Balance from the product ownedPrepare product note, SOPs, form, annexures , formats, etcShould be able to automate manual process and build system and application level controls for processing Escrow/TRA transactionsMIS, Dashboard and Presentation to Management
