Renowned for combining great food, drinks, arcade games, and event experiences under one roof, Dave & Buster’s offers a unique venue for unforgettable celebrations, corporate events, and casual get-togethers.Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Assistant General Manager – Sales to join our dynamic marketing team.The AGM – Sales will own the national sales strategy for Dave & Buster’s India, driving revenue growth across multiple locations through structured sales processes, team leadership, and strategic partnerships.The role will oversee store-level sales teams, standardize sales practices across locations, and build scalable sales channels to support business expansion.Key Responsibilities:1. National Sales Strategy & Channel DevelopmentDevelop and implement a national sales strategy across all locations in India aligned with overall business objectives and expansion plans.Standardize sales processes, pricing frameworks, and sales playbooks across stores to ensure consistency and scalability.Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities across cities and markets.Drive pre-opening and launch sales strategies for new store rollouts to ensure strong revenue ramp-up.Establish and nurture regional and national partnerships for long-term growth.Build structured sales channels for Corporate accounts, School and college partnerships, Residential communities, Institutional tie-upsStrengthen relationships with event agencies, travel operators, and community networks.Drive repeat business through loyalty programs and structured key account management.2. Sales & Revenue Growth:Drive revenue growth through corporate sales, group bookings, events, birthdays, and parties supported by annual and monthly sales plans.Expand business opportunities via B2B tie-ups, outreach programs, and loyalty initiatives.Build and sustain long-term partnerships with corporate clients and institutions.Track and improve sales performance through forecasts, pipelines, and conversion ratios.3. Leadership & Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across locations.Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and evaluations.Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, and HR for seamless execution.4. Coordination with Operations & MarketingEnsure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction through cross-functional coordination.Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility.Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational delivery.5. Events & PartnershipsOversee planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, tournaments, and promotions.Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, malls, partners, and vendors.Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.6. Reporting & StrategyPrepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations on sales performance and forecasts.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards.Support expansion strategies for new store launches and city rollouts.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and people-management skillsExcellent negotiation and client-handling abilitiesStrategic thinking with strong execution focusData-driven approach to sales planning and reportingStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience & QualificationGraduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.8–12 years of experience in Sales, preferably in: F&B, Entertainment, Hospitality, QSR, Retail & LeisureProven experience in handling and scaling sales teams.Feel to connect at
