Experience in Technologyand/or IT services sector is preferred, but not mandatory.Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewAs a core member of the Strategy Office, you will contribute to high-impact initiativesunder the guidance of Team Leads and the CSO. This agile team operates as a fungiblepool of strategy professionals, flexibly deployed across projects that drive organic andinorganic growth, capability building, AI-led transformation, and organizational change.The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration,and enterprise-defining work.Key Responsibilities• Support the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategiesaligned with companies long-term vision.• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking to identify growthopportunities and inform strategic decision-making.• Support M&A activities including due diligence, synergy assessments, andintegration planning• Drive organizational transformation initiatives such as operating model redesign andprocess optimization.• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies;synthesize insights for leadership.• Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, sales, innovation, HR, and other teamsto ensure strategic alignment.• Manage project workstreams, track progress, and ensure timely delivery ofoutcomes.• Prepare impactful presentations and reports for the Board, Executive Committee,and senior leadership.• Contribute to internal knowledge development, best practices, and capabilitybuilding within the Strategy Office.Qualifications & Experience• MBA from a top-tier institution; engineering or technical background preferred• 2–10 years of experience in strategy consulting (Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney) orcorporate strategy, preferably with Tier 1 consulting firms or leading technology/ITservices companies.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis, financialmodelling, and market research.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling presentationsand reports.• Familiarity with AI, digital technologies, and IT services business models is a plus.• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to driving results in crossfunctional settings.• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-qualityoutcomes.• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working styleWhy Join Us?• Be part of a high-impact, agile team shaping the future.• Work on enterprise-defining initiatives directly with the CSO and senior leadership.• Accelerate your career in strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.• Access global transition opportunities, leadership development, and exposure tocutting edge initiatives of the future.• Competitive compensation and benefits.
