Job Requirements1. Strategic Sourcing & ContractingTrack and interpret all policies and market reports on fly‑ash availability; Evaluate alternate sources (private TPPs, inter‑cluster swaps), run comparative landed‑cost models, and build future demand‑supply scenarios Lead end‑to‑end tender participation: opportunity scouting, technical‑commercial analysis, bid preparation, negotiation, and contract closure Secure multi‑year contracts that balance material security with price stability, including clauses for individual plants 2. Digital Data Management & AnalyticsDesign and maintain a centralized digital database covering plant‑wise lifting, costs, KPIs, and contract milestones Standardize, automate, and visualize data through BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) to enable guided negotiations and executive MIS Drive continuous data‑quality improvement across clusters 3. Market & Regulatory IntelligenceContinuously monitor GOI/MoP/MoEF notifications, capacity additions/retirements of TPPs, and logistics‑cost indices; publish actionable insight notes Anticipate supply - demand shifts and advise clusters on action plans.4. Stakeholder Collaboration & GovernanceAct as single‑point commercial interface with HO, plants, clusters, TPPs, logistics partners, and legal for contract execution and dispute resolution Run monthly performance reviews, presenting gap analyses and savings vs. budget to senior leadership.5. Reporting & Continuous ImprovementDeliver timely scenario analyses, cost‑sensitivity studies, and cluster dashboards to support annual business planning Experience5–10 years in procurement / supply‑chain / commercial roles within cement, power, or other bulk‑commodities industries.Demonstrated success in commodity sourcing, tender participation, and long‑term contract negotiation.Hands‑on exposure to digital tools (ERP, BI dashboards—e.g., Tableau) and large‑data analytics for cost optimisation.Familiarity with Indian regulatory landscape for fly‑ash / slag disposal and transport.QualificationsEssential: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Civil/Industrial) or Supply‑Chain / Logistics / Commerce.Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Operations, Supply‑Chain Management, Business Analytics.Certifications (nice to have): APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six‑Sigma Green Belt, Tableau/Power BI, SAP MM.IndustryCement & Building Materials │ Bulk Commodity Logistics & Mining │ Construction Materials Trading.Other SpecificationsFly‑Ash • Tender Evaluation • Long‑Term Supply Contracts • Cost‑to‑Serve Analysis • Centralised Digital Database • Tableau/Power BI • ERP (SAP) • MIS & KPI Dashboards • Market & Policy Intelligence • Scenario Planning • Stakeholder Negotiation • Regulatory Compliance • Supply‑Chain Optimisation • Freight & Logistics Savings.
