We are expanding our Navi Mumbai team and are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager who can drive growth across our core service verticals.If you are a /"hunter/" with a background in Business development and a deep understanding of BPO or specialized tech industries, we want you on board immediately.Key Role Highlights• Verticals: BPO / Audio-Visual (AV) / Digital Marketing / Cybersecurity• Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra• Compensation: best in industry standards (based on experience and expertise)• Joining: Immediate Joiners preferredYour Responsibilities• Vertical-Specific Growth: Leverage your expertise in BPO, AV, Digital Marketing, or Cybersecurity to pitch tailored outsourcing and tech solutions.• Client Acquisition: Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and cold calling to high-level presentations and contract closure.• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves within the Gurgaon/NCR business ecosystem.• Revenue Management: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects.Candidate Profile• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development.• Sector Knowledge: Must be well-versed with at least one of our key verticals: BPO, Audio-Visual systems, Digital Marketing, or Cybersecurity.• Communication: Stellar command over English (written and verbal) with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.• Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with the /"hustle/" required in a high-growth environment.• Mobility: Must be comfortable with extensive local travel within the Maharashtra region.• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated CV with a focus on their sales achievements.Write to us at: or Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
