We Are Hiring—Tendering & Business Development ManagerYUV Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tendering & Business Development Manager to support infrastructure consultancy projects, primarily in the Roads & Highways sector .Key Responsibilities:* Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and government tender opportunities* Prepare technical proposals for consultancy assignments such as DPR, PMC, Supervision, and Design Consultancy projects* Coordinate financial proposals and commercial submissions* Attend pre-bid meetings and client discussions* Work closely with technical, finance, and management teams for proposal preparation and submission* Manage client coordination and maintain strong client relationships* Handle liaisoning with government departments and infrastructure authorities for tender follow-ups and project opportunities* Support business development and opportunity trackingPreferred Sector Exposure:Roads & Highways, Buildings & Architecture, Water Supply & Sanitation, Ports / Marine Infrastructure, and Urban Infrastructure.
