Role OverviewAs a Relationship Manager – Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible formanaging and growing corporate accounts across the North region. The role focuseson building strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and deliveringimpactful employee wellness solutions through Cult memberships and alliedwellness offerings. You will work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensurehigh engagement, retention, and value realization for our partners.Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and serve as the primary point ofcontact for all post-onboarding activities Build trusted relationships with HR, Admin, and key business stakeholders Drive employee engagement, utilization, renewals, and account growth Ensure 90%+ renewal retention by delivering consistent value and strongclient engagement Ensure seamless onboarding and program execution by coordinating withinternal teams Conduct regular account reviews to track performance, usage, and clientfeedback Support wellness activations, campaigns, and on-ground initiatives asrequired Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding partnerships within existingaccounts Address client concerns and escalations proactively, ensuring timely andeffective resolutionExperience & Qualifications 4–5 years of experience in B2B relationship management, accountmanagement, or corporate sales Hands-on experience managing multiple enterprise or mid-market accountssimultaneously Strong exposure to renewal conversations, commercials, and accountexpansion Proven ability to work with HR, Admin, and Procurement stakeholders Comfortable working with numbers such as utilization %, renewal value, andaccount growth Experience in wellness, fitness, employee benefits, insurance, SaaS, orrelated industries Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
