You will design data visualizations, analyze HR metrics, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making in HR functions.Key Responsibilities:HR Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Work with HR teams to ensure dashboards meet business needs and reflect real-time, accurate data.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data (e.g., recruitment, performance, turnover) and generate reports to provide insights into HR performance and trends.Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems and dashboards. Implement data governance best practices.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with HR analytics trends, suggest process improvements, and train HR staff on using dashboards effectively.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.Experience: 3-5 years in HR data analytics, with strong experience in dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Skills: Proficient in data analysis (Excel, SQL), HRIS systems, and data visualization. Familiarity with HR metrics (turnover, performance, engagement).Preferred: Knowledge of predictive analytics and HR-related AI solutions.Attributes:Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, visual format.Collaborative and proactive problem solver.
