This role serves as a foundational entry point into corporate accounting, offering a structured environment to transition from academic theory to professional practice. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure the integrity of our daily financial records and support the overall health of our accounting ecosystem.Core ResponsibilitiesFinancial Record Maintenance: Execute daily bookkeeping activities, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded with precision and supported by appropriate documentation.Tally ERP Operations: Manage the systematic entry of vouchers, purchase invoices, and payment records within Tally ERP, maintaining high data integrity.Month-End Support: Assist the senior finance team in the Book Closure process, including bank statement reconciliations and verifying ledger balances.Cash Flow Monitoring: Support the preparation of periodic Cash Flow Statements by tracking daily inflows and outflows to maintain liquidity visibility.Data Management & Reporting: Leverage MS Excel to organize financial datasets, maintain internal trackers, and generate simplified reports for management review.Candidate RequirementsEducational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in , , or MBA (Finance).Technical Proficiency:Tally ERP: Practical familiarity with navigation and data entry.MS Excel: Proficiency in spreadsheet management, basic formulas, and data formatting.Professional Attributes: * Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Consistency in meeting daily operational deadlines.A proactive learning mindset
