We are seeking a dynamic and analytically driven professional to lead strategic financial planning, executive analytics, and governance initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leadership to drive data-backed decision-making, strategic project execution, and performance monitoring across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial planning, modelling, and business performance analysisExtract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate strategic insightsDevelop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and executive reportsSupport executive leadership with research, presentations, and decision frameworksManage cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure timely closure of key milestonesTrack and monitor project KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance metricsPrepare periodic trend analysis and business intelligence reportsDrive governance of key strategic initiatives across business unitsBuild compelling executive presentations and board-ready materialsPreferred Background:4–8 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or general insuranceStrong exposure to financial modeling, analytics, and strategic planningExperience working with senior leadership / CXO office preferredMBA (Finance) / CFA qualification
