Associate Product Manager - POS

Role OverviewWe are hiring an Assistant Product Manager (APM) to drive execution and improvements for our POS + Orders platform, which powers ~80% of company revenue through store quotations and order processing.This role is execution-heavy and impact-driven — focused on improving store efficiency, order accuracy, pricing governance, and revenue conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn execution of POS features from PRD to releaseImprove quotation → order conversion journeysManage catalog, pricing, and discount logic alignmentReduce order errors, pricing mismatches, and discount leakagesCoordinate with Tech, Store Ops, Finance, and CRM teamsTrack core KPIs (conversion, adoption, error rate, TAT)Conduct UAT and ensure smooth go-lives across storesWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in Product / Business / OpsStrong structured thinking and requirement writing skillsData-driven and comfortable working with dashboardsHigh ownership and strong cross-functional coordination skillsExperience with internal tools / ERP / POS / e-commerce systems preferred
