Our team of highly experienced professionals assists financial executives with their most critical business needs, by way of providing Accounting Advisory, Financial Operations, IPO, M&A, and Operational Accounting services.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage assigned tasks and project responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of work, according to plan and budgetParticipate in Client interactions, including interviews, process walkthroughs/documentation, and presentationsCommunicate status, including identifying potential issues and risks, in a timely mannerWork effectively with other project team members to provide best-in-class client support and deliverablesDesired Skills & ExperienceGood understanding and application of key business and finance processes (close process, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, equity, etc.)Demonstrated ability to document finance and operational processes by way of narratives and/or flowchartsAttention to detail with ability to produce quality deliverablesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; intellectual curiosityEntrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical, and dependableExcellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skillsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsTeam and/or project management experience beneficialExposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, BlackLine, Zuora, Coupa, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases)GPA of 3.5 or betterMinimum 2-3 years business consulting, auditing or industry experience requiredCPA and or MBA preferredRated top 25% of Big Four classA willingness to travelConnor Group is committed to celebrating the value of diversity in a globally connected business world.
