Job Title :- Head- Liabilities AcquisitionLocation :- MumbaiJob Role and Responsibilities:-Develop and implement the customer acquisition strategy for liability products.Ensure growth and achievement of numbers in onboarding new customersIdentify new customer sourcing avenues/target segments.Ensure high quality sourcing in terms of product mix and constitution.Streamline processes to recruit, train and motivate the team to ensure faster delivery.Assist the sales manager in area mapping and opportunity identification.Monitor performance of Sales managers.Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory compliances.Monitor competitor strategies & market trendDrive partnerships with Corporates, Commercial establishments.Ensure a healthy actionable sales funnel.Provide timely feedback to respective teams for improvements in Product, Process.Ensure necessary permissions are secured and procedures followed before acquisition drives and events.Responsible for creating and maintaining business conduct Integrity in the teams.Track conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and revenue generation.Qualifications & ExperienceAny Graduate/ Postgraduate degreeIn depth knowledge of Retail banking productsDynamic leader with proven track record in the financial industry with 6-10 yearsof relevant experience in customer acquisition role in a NBFC/ Private Bank.Age : 40-45 years
