We are building a customer-first, data-driven investing experience for the next 100M Indian investors.About the Role:We are looking for a Performance Marketing - Data Analyst who is highly skilled in SQL and Excel to help us analyse, interpret, and visualize marketing datasets to drive business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and aggregate data efficiently.Build and maintain Excel dashboards and reports.Identify data trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.Support automation of recurring reports.Present findings clearly through charts, pivot tables, and visual summaries.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in SQLAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc).Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.Experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence functions.
