Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager || Internal Audit || Onsite - Nigeria/Senegal

Looking for candidates open for travelling to Nigeria and SenegalWhat are we looking for :Candidates should have good hands-on experience in risk based Internal Audit.Experience in IFC Audit/IFC testing would be good to have.Sector Experience: Manufacturing, Hospitality, Power, Energy, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, Petro Retail, Petro Chemical, Media, Entertainment sector.4–9 years of relevant experience in internal audits or risk consulting.Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment techniques, and audit methodologies.Should have experience of working on SAP/ERP platforms from auditing standpoint.Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and lead multiple assignments.Travelling to office and client (Non-Negotiable). Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage internal audits, risk assessments, and IFC reviews independently or with minimal supervision.Conduct walkthroughs, design assessments, and operational effectiveness testing for key business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, etc).Identify control gaps, evaluate risk impact, and prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations.Review and test internal controls in accordance with COSO or relevant frameworks.Coordinate with clients for data gathering, process understanding, and audit observations closure.Lead discussions with senior stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers, Functional Heads) and support management reporting.Supervise junior team members and contribute to training and knowledge development.Ensure timely delivery and high-quality documentation for audit workpapers and client deliverables.Qualification:CA / MBA / B.Tech with minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit & Risk Advisory in Non-FS sectors i.e., in Manufacturing, Hospitality, Power, Energy, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, Petro Retail, Petro Chemical, Media, Entertainment sector.Notice Period:Immediate joiner to 30 days preferredInterested candidates please email your CV to
